Inforum Center for Leadership (ICL), a 501 (c) 3 organization, is the education and research arm of Inforum. ICL programs help women enhance their leadership capabilities and develop executive potential.Programs serve a broad range of professional women at different stages and types of careers – from emerging leaders, to high-potential executives, entrepreneurs, and corporate board leaders. Inforum Center for Leadership also conducts and publishes research on women’s leadership influence in Michigan, including the Michigan Women’s Leadership Index.

NextUP™  a specialized leadership development program for women considered to be emerging talent either early in their careers or after making a significant career change.

Candidates have two to six years of overall work experience, entering a new industry or function, or about to move into a new position or level in the organization. Candidates are seeking tools to refine their leadership to succeed and companies are seeking programs to help candidates to get ahead in the company.

Executive Leadership an action-learning program for women directors and managers designed to hone their executive leadership, emotional intelligence skills and organizational impact. More than 900 women have graduated from the program.

Candidates have 8-12 years of management experience, are self-motivated, and committed to a long-term focus on personal leadership development. They are enterprise-wide leaders who are facing intense competitive pressures, market-related challenges, or major internal, organizational changes.

Genuine Leadership Presence an experiential program for women leaders that increases self-awareness, leverages the power of reputation and focuses on leadership presence.

Candidates are managers transitioning to a director-level position, new executives, senior executive or leaders who desire or have received feedback to focus on their leadership presence

Inforum BoardAccess™ resources and networking opportunities to develop qualified women candidates for seats on public and private for-profit corporate boards of directors.

Senior Executive Forum is a confidential, peer-to-peer business roundtable for top women executives.

Secrets to Being a Dynamic Leader: A Mentoring Roundtable Series of Suzann Foerster Leadership Coaching and Inforum is a year-long mentoring roundtable series that will debut in West Michigan in September 2014. The program is developed by Suzann Foerster Leadership Coaching and Doreen Bolhuis, president and CEO, Gymco, Inc. The series will be offered through Inforum Center for Leadership, the education and research arm of Inforum.


inGAGE™ is Inforum’s strategy to position Michigan as the Midwest hub for high-tech women entrepreneurs.  The approach delivers programs to increase the number of women angel investors in Michigan; guides women through the process of commercializing technology; and provides customized resource mapping and access to our network of investors and advisors in a facilitated peer learning environment.
