Larry Peplin’s Summary
I established Peplin Photographic in January of 1979, following eight years as a staff photojournalist at The Times Herald in Port Huron, Michigan. I accept digital imaging assignments for corporate marketing, public relations, media releases, employee and trade publications, special events, annual reports and web sites, among others. A fair portion of my work is in the non-profit sector, complementing my corporate/commercial orientation. My skill set is strongest when involved with the human element, rather than large object imaging. In other words, I am not a car photographer. I primarily do people, but with many exceptions. A large percentage of my work entails in-office portraits for corporate web sites and press releases.

I have been able to build a strong base of repeat customers by providing the elements necessary for success in any marketplace: a professional quality product with absolute dependability, the flexibility and willingness to respond to customers’ needs on very short notice while consistently meeting difficult deadlines and assuring a guarantee of satisfaction on every job. All, of course, delivered at a fair price. Personable service is simply a given.

Larry Peplin’s Specialties:
My minimum location shoot fee is ONE HOUR, so you will NEVER be forced to pay for a half or full day when all you need is a very brief session. I am well-oriented to meeting extreme turnaround times when needed, and I never have issues with last-minute calls for assignments. My post-shoot image manipulation with Photoshop can amaze you.
