CURRENT LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
Executive Leadership program - An intensive, highly personalized four-month leadership development experience. More than 700 women have completed the program since it was introduced in 2002. The course includes the participants' completing a 360-degree profile, three personal professional development coaching sessions with an executive coach, a personal branding component, small group projects, motivational presentations from some of Michigan's most highly regarded women leaders, and programming based on the Daniel Golman theory of emotional intelligence in leadership. Classes are limited to 32 participants. The program is offered in Southeast and West Michigan.
Alumnae Refresher - Exclusive to alumnae of the Executive Leadership program, this high impact workshop will build upon the Emotional Intelligence competencies and leadership skills developed during the flight while providing a platform to renew their personal commitment to enhance and develop their leadership skills, reconnect with high potential women, revisit their personal brand, reinvigorate their leadership development plan and revitalize relationships with EL alumnae.
Executive Presence - This one-day leadership development workshop helps women learn how to enhance their confidence, stature, presence and command of skills needed to deliver a strong personal presence. By developing your executive presence, you can influence how others perceive you and your leadership abilities. The class features a presentation by Sue Hodgkinson, award-winning executive coach and author of "The Leader's Edge: Using Personal Brand to Drive Performance and Profit." Participants learn what they are doing that either fuels or undermines a strong personal presence and how they can enhance the five P's -- Persona, Product, Packaging, Promotion, and Permission.
